Dr. Massie-Lambert is a licensed clinical psychologist who was drawn to the field of mental health because of an interest in identifying the internal and external resources that support people in recovering and growing in the face of stress and adversity. She firmly believes that In the face of change, challenges and uncertainty the best thing we can all do regardless of age or stage is see the discomfort that comes along with these situations as an opportunity for growth and increasing our abilities to navigate the world around us.
Dr. Massie-Lambert is a certified National Trainer for Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) suicide prevention program, Youth Mental Health First Aid, Psychological First Aid for disaster response and Skills for Psychological Recovery. Over the course of her training and career Dr. Massie-Lambert has worked in various settings both providing direct care and serving as an advocate for equitable mental health supports. She is passionate about increasing mental health awareness and working with historically underrepresented populations.

Ms. Reliford is an integrative therapist with extensive training in motivational interviewing, trauma responsive interventions, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. Ms. Reliford is passionate about the field of social work as well as mental health, and practices with the goal of decreasing the stigma that is attached to mental health while heightening people’s awareness of resources. It is her hope that with hard work and collaboration, therapy will guide you towards healthy coping and emotional wellness.
